Entity management plans are billed monthly in ZAR. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time — changes take effect the next billing cycle. Business registration services are one-off fees paid at quote acceptance.
Any South African legal entity you manage in Complio — a (Pty) Ltd, CC, NPC, trust, or partnership. Directors, shareholders, and beneficial owners are attached to entities and are not counted separately.
Yes. Upgrades are prorated to the current billing cycle so you only pay for what's left of the month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date, with no cancellation fee.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. South African customers are billed at 15% VAT. International customers are billed at zero-rated VAT where applicable.
Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and all data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
